Deposit's are non-refunable. Deposits are able to be moved to any litter within a 2 year time period. If deposit is used within 2 years of it being recieverd, deposit is forfietted. Deposit goes towards full price of puppy.

We do not sell puppies to anyone who breed's or has an intact dilute colored dog.

Breeder reserves the right to keep first pick on any litter within the first 6 weeks of age.

Breeder does not allow any outside parties to see the puppies until 4 weeks of age. At 4 weeks of age, families are invited to meet the puppies. 

Puppies are picked by families with breeders help between 5.5-6.5 weeks of age. We allow picks to be made in person. If unable to do picks in person, we do personal video calls, provide pictures, videos, and discuss what personality your family is looking for.

Breeder has the right to refuse anyone a puppy if they feel family pick is not going to be the perfect match. Example would be a very high energy puppy when family is looking for a more quiet natured dog. 

Puppies are able to go home at 7 weeks of age/49 days old.

We provide all paperwork at the time of pickup of puppy.

Payment is due in full before puppy leaves for new family. 

Payment for deposit can be made by check, Venmo and PayPal. 

Remaining balance of puppy can be made via cash day of. Venmo or PayPal 3 days prior to pickup or personal check if check is in breeders hand 1 week prior to puppy going home. Remaining balance can also be made day that puppy is picked (5.5-6.5 weeks old).
